04Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you, unless otherwise specified. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing, unless you request otherwise in writing.

05Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolution Hives is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services.
